- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line a plate or small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Add rolled oats and protein powder and mix until evenly combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- If the mixture feels too sticky, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and place on the prepared plate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- If the mixture is too dry, add a small splash of milk.
- Store in the refrigerator for best texture.
- Roll firmly to help the balls hold their shape.
