Description

Soft and chewy peanut butter protein balls made with oats, honey, and protein powder, packed with chocolate chips for a sweet touch. These no bake energy bites are perfect for meal prep and on the go snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line a plate or small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats and protein powder and mix until evenly combined.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. If the mixture feels too sticky, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  6. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and place on the prepared plate.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
