- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and allow it to fully heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, onions, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Prepare a rimmed baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with oil.
- Spread the potatoes and onions evenly in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or herbs if desired.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy warm.
