Description

Oven Baked Halloumi Bites are crispy, golden cubes of halloumi cheese seasoned with smoked paprika and oregano, baked to perfection for a savory and satisfying appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) halloumi cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss the halloumi cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, dried oregano, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the halloumi cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cheese is golden and crispy on the outside.
  5. Remove from oven and serve immediately as a snack or appetizer.

Notes
