- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed finely (filling included)
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 12 oz (340g) semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 6 Oreo cookies, crushed (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- In a saucepan, heat 1 1/2 cups heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the cooled chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture, beating until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream with 2 tbsp powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream gently into the chocolate-cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- Pour filling into the prepared Oreo crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with crushed Oreo cookies on top.

- Use good quality chocolate for the best flavor.
- Let the chocolate mixture cool before adding to cream cheese to prevent lumps.
