Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add orange zest and vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in flour and salt until just combined, then stir in chopped dried cranberries.
- Shape the dough into a 2-inch diameter log, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for 1 hour.
- Slice into 1/4-inch rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack. Serve and enjoy!
