Description

  • 1 cup warm milk

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add melted butter and eggs, then gradually mix in flour and salt to form a soft dough.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread Nutella evenly, and roll it up. Slice into 12 rolls.
  6. Place rolls in the baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and fluffy.
  7. While baking, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  8. Spread whipped frosting over warm rolls and serve immediately.
