- 2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Chill your mixing bowl in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- In the chilled bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or use a clean, dry one.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
- Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
- Serve in bowls or cones and enjoy as-is or with your favorite toppings.
