- 2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 16 oz Cool Whip or whipped topping, divided
- 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish to form a crust. Chill in the fridge.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Fold in one tub (8 oz) of whipped topping until creamy and smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
- Top with strawberry pie filling, spreading it evenly.
- Add the remaining whipped topping as the final layer and spread smoothly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice, serve cold, and enjoy!

- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Chill each layer before adding the next for clean slices.
- A hot knife makes slicing easier and neater.
