Description

These No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars are rich, creamy, and layered with peanut butter and chocolate. The perfect easy dessert that takes just minutes to make and requires no oven!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (for topping)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, melted butter, and peanut butter until well combined.
  2. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the bottom.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and ¼ cup peanut butter together until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Lift out of the pan, slice into bars, and serve chilled.
