These No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars are rich, creamy, and layered with peanut butter and chocolate. The perfect easy dessert that takes just minutes to make and requires no oven!

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ¾ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup peanut butter (for topping)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, melted butter, and peanut butter until well combined.
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the bottom.
- Melt the chocolate chips and ¼ cup peanut butter together until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Lift out of the pan, slice into bars, and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use room temperature peanut butter for easier mixing.
- Press the base layer firmly to ensure it sets properly.
- Store in the fridge or freeze for longer shelf life.
- Use a hot knife for clean cuts.
