- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until everything is evenly coated and sticky.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll tightly into balls.
- Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut until well coated.
- Place the rolled balls on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut condensed milk.
- Damp hands make rolling easier and less sticky.
