Description

Fluffy, creamy scrambled eggs made right in your microwave. Perfect for busy mornings when you want something warm and satisfying in just minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter or non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe mug or bowl.
  2. Add the milk, salt, and pepper, then beat with a fork or whisk until well combined.
  3. Grease the inside of the mug lightly with butter or cooking spray.
  4. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  5. Remove and stir the eggs gently with a fork.
  6. Continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring each time, until eggs are fluffy and just set (about 90 seconds total).
  7. Let sit for 30 seconds before serving. Top with cheese, herbs, or seasoning if desired.

Notes

  • Use a wide mug or bowl for even cooking.
  • Don’t skip the stirring intervals to avoid rubbery texture.
  • Letting the eggs rest after microwaving helps them finish cooking without drying out.
