Instructions
- Prepare the blender by ensuring it is clean and assembled.
- Blend the strawberry layer: add strawberries, 1 1/2 cups ice, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tablespoon honey or agave, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Divide the strawberry blend between two tall glasses, filling each about halfway.
- Rinse the blender jar to keep layers vibrant.
- Blend the mango layer: add mango chunks, remaining 1 1/2 cups ice, 1/2 cup milk, remaining 1 tablespoon honey or agave, and vanilla extract. Blend until creamy and frosty.
- Layer the mango: slowly pour over the back of a spoon onto the strawberry base to create a sunrise effect.
- Garnish with strawberry slices, a mango wedge, or mint. Serve immediately and enjoy.
