Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Stir in cocoa powder until well incorporated.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and hot fudge sauce.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Drizzle additional hot fudge over the top and swirl lightly with a knife.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Don’t overbake—slightly underbaked gives you that fudgy brownie texture.
