  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
  3. Spread the squash in a single layer on the baking sheet, ensuring the pieces are not overcrowded.
