- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash cubes with melted butter, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until fully coated.
- Spread the squash in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the squash is tender and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme leaves while still warm.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy immediately.
