Description

A homemade version of Taco Bell’s Crunchwrap Supreme featuring seasoned beef, creamy nacho cheese, a crunchy tostada, and fresh toppings all wrapped in a golden toasted tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas (12-inch)
  • 4 small corn tostadas
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Cook ground beef until browned, then stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Mix until evenly coated.
  3. Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a cutting board.
  4. Assemble by adding a spoonful of beef, drizzle with nacho cheese, place a tostada on top, spread sour cream, then add lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheddar.
  5. Fold the tortilla edges inward in a circular motion to form a hexagon.
  6. Place seam-side down in the skillet and toast until golden brown, then flip and toast the other side.
  7. Let rest briefly, slice in half, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Warm tortillas before folding to prevent tearing.
  • Do not overstuff the Crunchwrap or it may not fold properly.
  • Use an air fryer or skillet to reheat leftovers for crispness.
