Description
A homemade version of Taco Bell’s Crunchwrap Supreme featuring seasoned beef, creamy nacho cheese, a crunchy tostada, and fresh toppings all wrapped in a golden toasted tortilla.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas (12-inch)
- 4 small corn tostadas
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Cook ground beef until browned, then stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Mix until evenly coated.
- Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a cutting board.
- Assemble by adding a spoonful of beef, drizzle with nacho cheese, place a tostada on top, spread sour cream, then add lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheddar.
- Fold the tortilla edges inward in a circular motion to form a hexagon.
- Place seam-side down in the skillet and toast until golden brown, then flip and toast the other side.
- Let rest briefly, slice in half, and serve hot.
Notes
- Warm tortillas before folding to prevent tearing.
- Do not overstuff the Crunchwrap or it may not fold properly.
- Use an air fryer or skillet to reheat leftovers for crispness.
