- 1 pound ground beef, seasoned with taco seasoning
- 1 cup refried beans
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup enchilada or taco sauce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil a baking sheet.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, and stir in taco seasoning.
- Heat oil in a skillet and crisp each tortilla until golden.
- On one tortilla, spread refried beans, then beef, and top with another tortilla. Spread sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
- Place pizzas on baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, green onions, and olives.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm with sour cream or guacamole if desired.
Notes
- Crisp tortillas before assembling to prevent sogginess.
- Keep toppings light so layers stay intact.
