- 700 grams boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 800 grams frozen French fries
- 1 cup garlic sauce
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, black pepper, and salt. Add chicken and coat well.
- Spread marinated chicken on one baking sheet and fries on another in a single layer.
- Roast fries according to package instructions and roast chicken for 25 to 30 minutes until fully cooked.
- Rest chicken for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Arrange fries on a serving platter, top with sliced chicken, drizzle with garlic sauce and tahini sauce.
- Sprinkle parsley and diced tomatoes over the top and serve immediately.
Notes
- Marinate chicken longer for deeper flavor.
- Add sauces just before serving to keep fries crisp.
- Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
