- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 beef hot dogs
- 4 slices fresh pineapple
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Toss and set aside.
- Lightly oil the grill to prevent sticking.
- Place pineapple slices and hot dogs on the grill. Grill pineapple for 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized. Grill hot dogs until browned and heated through.
- Toast hot dog buns cut-side down on the grill for about 1 minute.
- Place hot dogs in buns, top with grilled pineapple slices, slaw, and drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
