  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt for sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken thoroughly and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
