- 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt for sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken thoroughly and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until tender. Fluff with a fork.
- Cook the marinated chicken in the skillet for 6 to 7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest, then slice thinly.
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, white vinegar, sugar, and salt for sauce until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble plates with a base of rice and chopped romaine lettuce. Add diced tomatoes and sliced cucumber.
- Top with sliced chicken, drizzle generously with white sauce, and finish with hot sauce. Serve immediately.
