Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium heat, about 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the cut sides of the avocado halves with the seasoned oil mixture.
- Place the avocados cut side down on the grill.
- Grill for 3 to 4 minutes until distinct grill marks appear and the avocados are slightly softened.

- Sprinkle with red chili flakes and chopped cilantro if desired. Serve warm.
