Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, packed
  • 1 large banana, frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add unsweetened almond milk and fresh spinach to a blender. Blend for about 20 seconds until completely smooth.
  2. Add the frozen banana, frozen pineapple chunks, chia seeds, and honey if using.
  3. Blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds until thick, creamy, and fully combined.
  4. If needed, add a small splash of almond milk to adjust consistency and blend briefly again.
  5. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
