Description

Tender sirloin steak bites sautéed with fresh green beans, garlic, and bright lemon juice, all cooked in one skillet for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite sized cubes
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the sirloin steak cubes with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Add the steak cubes in a single layer and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the green beans and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until tender crisp.
  5. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Return the steak to the skillet and pour in the lemon juice. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
