- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite sized cubes
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Season the sirloin steak cubes with salt and black pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil.
- Add the steak cubes in a single layer and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the green beans and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until tender crisp.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the steak to the skillet and pour in the lemon juice. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the skillet to ensure proper browning.
- Adjust lemon juice to taste for extra brightness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
