Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until blended.
