- 1 loaf French bread or baguette, cut into cubes
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Toss bread cubes in half of the garlic butter mixture and spread them on a baking sheet.
- Toast the bread in a 400°F oven for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
- In the hot skillet, sear steak cubes for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Toss the cooked steak and toasted bread together in the remaining garlic butter.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and garnish with extra parsley before serving.
