Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Warm your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in eggs, pumpkin puree, and melted butter. Gradually mix in flour and salt until a soft dough forms. Knead for 8 minutes until smooth.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Assemble the Dish: Roll the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface. Spread with softened butter, then sprinkle the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg mixture evenly.
- Cook to Perfection: Roll up the dough tightly and slice into 12 even rolls. Arrange them in the baking dish. Cover and let rise another 30 minutes. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and fluffy.
