- 1 pound Elbow Macaroni
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Pineapple Chunks, drained
- 1 cup Cooked Ham, diced
- 1/2 cup Carrots, finely diced
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup Bell Pepper, finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Boil elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the cooled macaroni, ham, pineapple, carrots, raisins, bell pepper, and cheese to the bowl.
- Gently fold until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
