Description

A warm, crispy, and refreshing wrap filled with golden fried halloumi, fresh vegetables, and a creamy lemon yogurt sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and fry the halloumi slices for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  4. Warm the tortillas and spread the yogurt sauce down the center.
  5. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  6. Place the warm halloumi on top of the vegetables.
  7. Roll the wrap tightly, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Pat halloumi dry before frying for crispier edges.
