- 8 ounces halloumi cheese, sliced
- 2 large tortillas
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and fry the halloumi slices for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Warm the tortillas and spread the yogurt sauce down the center.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Place the warm halloumi on top of the vegetables.
- Roll the wrap tightly, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Pat halloumi dry before frying for crispier edges.
- Add avocado or roasted peppers for extra flavor.
