- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a medium pot over medium heat.
- Add the broth, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce, then bring to a gentle simmer.
- Ensure the broth is lightly steaming, not boiling hard.
- Add the frozen gyoza, then add bok choy and green onions.
- Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes until the gyoza are tender and fully cooked.
- Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Ladle into bowls and serve warm.
