Ingredients
- All-purpose flour – 2 cups
- Cornstarch – 1 cup
- Butter or ghee – 1 cup
- Vegetable oil – 1/4 cup
- Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- Extra powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a baking tray.
- Mix butter, oil, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Sift flour, cornstarch, and baking powder together.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients to form a soft dough.
- Shape into small balls and place on the tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes until set but pale.
- Cool slightly and coat with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
