Description

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops, pounded thin
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each pork chop first in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing gently to coat.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Place schnitzels in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray the tops with oil.
  6. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying the other side.
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Use panko for extra crunch, but regular breadcrumbs work too.
  • For even better crisp, toast the panko in a dry pan before breading.
