Description

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C and lightly oil a deep baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and instant yeast, then add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan, making sure it reaches the edges.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  6. Add the sliced pepperoni over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
