Description
Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, these deep fried deviled eggs take the classic party favorite to a whole new level of delicious comfort.
Ingredients

- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten for coating
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 3 to 4 cups vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Boil the eggs gently until fully cooked, then cool and peel.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks into a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
- Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each filled egg in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil to 350°F and fry eggs in small batches until golden.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- Chill the boiled eggs before filling to help them stay firm while frying.
- Panko breadcrumbs can be used for extra crunch.
- Air fry at 375°F if you prefer a lighter version.
