Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup danablu cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, then let them cool.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
