- 1/2 cup danablu cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup walnuts, toasted

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Lightly toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, then let them cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Place chopped romaine lettuce into a large salad bowl.
- Add sliced pear, crumbled danablu cheese, and toasted walnuts over the lettuce.
- Drizzle the dressing evenly over the salad.
- Toss gently until everything is lightly coated.
