- 1 large pizza dough ball (about 400 grams)
- 2 cups shredded cooked beef rendang (about 400 grams)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 200 grams)
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small red chili, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius and place pizza stone or tray inside to heat.
- Ensure beef rendang is evenly shredded and not overly saucy.
- Roll out pizza dough into a 12 inch circle on a floured surface.
- Brush olive oil over dough. Spread mozzarella evenly, then add beef rendang, red onion, and red chili.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Drain excess sauce from beef to prevent soggy crust.
- Preheat baking surface for crispier results.
- Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
