Description

A bold fusion pizza topped with rich shredded beef rendang, melted mozzarella, fresh chili, and herbs on a crispy golden crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 large pizza dough ball (about 400 grams)
  • 2 cups shredded cooked beef rendang (about 400 grams)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 200 grams)
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red chili, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius and place pizza stone or tray inside to heat.
  2. Ensure beef rendang is evenly shredded and not overly saucy.
  3. Roll out pizza dough into a 12 inch circle on a floured surface.
  4. Brush olive oil over dough. Spread mozzarella evenly, then add beef rendang, red onion, and red chili.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
  7. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • Drain excess sauce from beef to prevent soggy crust.
