  • 2 pounds chicken wings, cleaned and patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the chicken wings in olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Arrange them evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While wings bake, sauté minced garlic in a skillet with a bit of olive oil until fragrant.
  5. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add chopped spinach and artichoke hearts. Cook until spinach wilts and mixture is heated through.
  7. Mix in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and blended.
  8. Once wings are done, toss them in the creamy spinach artichoke sauce until well coated.
  9. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve hot with lemon wedges.
