Ingredients

  • Raw prawns, peeled and deveined – 500 grams
  • Unsalted butter – 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic, finely minced – 4 cloves
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • Salt – 0.75 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Place a large skillet over medium heat and allow it to warm evenly.
  2. Add the unsalted butter to the skillet and let it melt gently until glossy.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper, stirring until smooth and well combined.

  6. Sprinkle in the chopped parsley and gently stir to coat the prawns evenly.
