- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add butter and melt, then add halved Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until lightly golden.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until sprouts are tender and sauce thickens.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Serve warm with extra cheese if desired.
Notes
- Do not overcook to avoid mushy sprouts.
- Simmer cream gently to keep the sauce smooth.
- Add a splash of cream when reheating if needed.
