  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add butter and melt, then add halved Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until sprouts are tender and sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
  7. Serve warm with extra cheese if desired.
