Description

  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat until evenly warmed.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard evenly on two slices of rye bread.
  3. Layer each with approximately 112 grams of thinly sliced corned beef and 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
  4. Spread softened butter on the outer sides of all four bread slices.
  5. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered sides facing outward, to form two sandwiches.
  6. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
  7. Remove from heat and let rest for 1 minute before slicing and serving.
