Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 3 green onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the thawed spinach in a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth and squeeze out all excess water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, drained spinach, garlic, green onions, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir until everything is well combined and smooth.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or storage container and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
