Description

  • 23 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • 3 cups whipped topping, thawed
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add mint extract and green food coloring, mixing well.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mint mixture into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  6. Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and garnish with chocolate shavings.
