- Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add mint extract and green food coloring, mixing well.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mint mixture into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and garnish with chocolate shavings.
- Slice and serve chilled.
