- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add the semi sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip each Ritz cracker into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Lift the cracker out with a fork and allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
- Place the coated crackers onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 20 minutes until firm.
- Serve once fully set.
