Description

Sweet and salty Chocolate Covered Ritz Crackers made with buttery crackers dipped in smooth melted chocolate. A quick no bake treat that is perfect for parties, holidays, or everyday snacking.


Ingredients

  • 40 Ritz crackers
  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add the semi sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Dip each Ritz cracker into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  5. Lift the cracker out with a fork and allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
  6. Place the coated crackers onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 20 minutes until firm.
  8. Serve once fully set.
