These Chocolate Coconut PB&J Jars are a nostalgic twist on a classic favorite. With rich chocolate pudding, creamy peanut butter, fruity jam, shredded coconut, and crushed graham crackers, each jar delivers a perfect balance of flavor and texture.

- 2 cups chocolate pudding
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup berry jam (strawberry or raspberry)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers or cookies
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions if not already made.
- Warm the jam slightly to make it easier to spread.
- Line up clean glass jars for layering.
- Add a spoonful of crushed graham crackers to the bottom of each jar.
- Layer chocolate pudding, peanut butter, jam, and shredded coconut in that order. Repeat layers if needed.
- Top with additional crushed crackers and whipped cream if using.
- Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before serving.
