These Chocolate Coconut PB&J Jars are a nostalgic twist on a classic favorite. With rich chocolate pudding, creamy peanut butter, fruity jam, shredded coconut, and crushed graham crackers, each jar delivers a perfect balance of flavor and texture.

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup berry jam (strawberry or raspberry)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or cookies
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions if not already made.
  2. Warm the jam slightly to make it easier to spread.
  3. Line up clean glass jars for layering.
  4. Add a spoonful of crushed graham crackers to the bottom of each jar.
  5. Layer chocolate pudding, peanut butter, jam, and shredded coconut in that order. Repeat layers if needed.
  6. Top with additional crushed crackers and whipped cream if using.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before serving.
