Description

A delicious no-bake treat that layers creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate yogurt, fruity jam, and shredded coconut in one indulgent, jar-sized dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup berry jam or jelly
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or granola
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  2. Crush the graham crackers or granola and set aside.
  3. Layer the bottom of each jar with crushed graham crackers or granola.
  4. Add a layer of the chocolate mixture, then peanut butter, then berry jam.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut over the jam layer.
  6. Repeat layers if desired depending on jar size.
  7. Chill jars in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before serving.
  8. Top with extra coconut or drizzle of peanut butter if desired. Enjoy!
