Description
A delicious no-bake treat that layers creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate yogurt, fruity jam, and shredded coconut in one indulgent, jar-sized dessert.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup berry jam or jelly
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or granola
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Crush the graham crackers or granola and set aside.
- Layer the bottom of each jar with crushed graham crackers or granola.
- Add a layer of the chocolate mixture, then peanut butter, then berry jam.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut over the jam layer.
- Repeat layers if desired depending on jar size.
- Chill jars in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before serving.
- Top with extra coconut or drizzle of peanut butter if desired. Enjoy!

- For added flavor, toast the coconut flakes before using.
