  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Toss chicken tenders with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until fully coated.
  3. Add olive oil to the hot skillet and swirl to coat.
  4. Place chicken tenders in the skillet in a single layer.
  5. Sear each side for 3–4 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  7. Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer for 3 minutes, whisking until slightly thickened.
  8. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
