Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and salt until smooth.
- Gradually whisk in milk and chestnut purée until fully combined.

- Cook while stirring constantly for 8–10 minutes until thickened to a pudding-like consistency.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
