Description

A deliciously simple casserole combining flaky crescent rolls, creamy cheesecake filling, and a sweet cinnamon-sugar topping. Perfect for brunch, dessert, or a cozy family gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) Crescent Roll Dough
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing seams.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, then top with the second can of dough, pressing seams together.
  5. Pour melted butter over the top layer, then sprinkle with a mix of brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for the smoothest filling.
  • Don’t overbake, as the filling can dry out.
  • For a twist, add fruit preserves or fresh berries inside.
