Description

Soft, buttery slider buns filled with juicy seasoned beef, melted American cheese, tangy pickles, and classic sauces, baked until warm and irresistible, perfect for parties or easy family meals.

  • 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
  • 6 slices American cheese, cut in half
  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks, then remove from heat.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves into a baking dish.
  5. Spread the cooked beef evenly over the buns, then layer with American cheese slices and pickles.
  6. Drizzle ketchup and mustard evenly over the filling.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns on, then brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake uncovered for 15 to 18 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly golden.
  9. Let rest briefly, then slice and serve warm.
