Description

A refreshing, vibrant juice made from fresh carrots, sweet pineapple, and zesty ginger. Perfect for a morning boost or afternoon pick-me-up, this juice is packed with flavor and nutrients.


Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 to 1.5 inches fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 1/2 cup water (optional, for blending)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Set up your juicer or blender and make sure all equipment is clean and ready.
  2. Add carrots, pineapple, and ginger to the juicer or blender. If using a blender, also add the water to help blend.
  3. If blending, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp.
  4. Pour the juice into a glass or jar, then stir in lemon juice if using.
  5. Chill if desired, garnish with a pineapple slice or mint, and serve fresh.
