- 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 to 1.5 inches fresh ginger root, peeled
- 1/2 cup water (optional, for blending)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Set up your juicer or blender and make sure all equipment is clean and ready.
- Add carrots, pineapple, and ginger to the juicer or blender. If using a blender, also add the water to help blend.
- If blending, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp.
- Pour the juice into a glass or jar, then stir in lemon juice if using.
- Chill if desired, garnish with a pineapple slice or mint, and serve fresh.
Notes
