Instructions
- Chill the cantaloupe and mozzarella for at least 30 minutes before assembling.
- Cut the cantaloupe into even 1-inch cubes.
- If mozzarella balls are large, slice them to match the cantaloupe size.
- Skewer one cantaloupe cube, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer or toothpick.
